Excellence NB is excited to present this collaboration with GE Barbours, Crosby’s Molasses, Ganong, Egg Farmers of NB, Speerville Flour and Mrs. Dunster’s. Together, we are hosting New Brunswick’s first province-wide gingerbread baking demonstration, which will be followed by a photo contest for all residents. This collaboration stems from our commitment to stimulating regional growth, creating jobs, and contributing to a sustainable provincial economy. The esteemed partners, with roots deeply embedded in New Brunswick communities for decades, see this as an opportunity to showcase our province's high-quality products. To participate, individuals should register on the Excellence NB website to receive a recipe card featuring NB-made ingredients. The Facebook live baking demonstration will take place on December 7th at 7 pm, featuring co-host Jenna Morton of Pickle Planet and a baking expert from Mrs. Dunster’s, streaming from the Crosby’s Molasses kitchen in Saint John. A photo contest will complement the baking demonstration, requiring submissions to include photos of decorated baked goods featuring our partner’s ingredients. Photos can be submitted on Excellence NB’s website between December 8th and 13th, and voting will occur from December 14th to 18th. Prizes, generously provided by all partners, will be distributed to one lucky winner during the Livestream and others pending the photo contest results.
