On Sunday, February 3rd at 2 p.m. at the York Arena in Fredericton, the Creative Buzz Bantam AAA Caps hockey team is hosting the Bantam AAA Saint John Sea Dogs for a fundraiser hockey game, Slap Shots for Sara. This event is being held to honour the memory of Sara Burns, one of the Fredericton police officers killed in the Fredericton shooting on August 10, 2018. 

Admission to Slap Shots for Sara will be by cash donation. There will be a 50/50 draw, fabulous prizes including an Apple iPad, Amazon Echo, a Subway 6' Party Sub and more! A canteen will be available onsite. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Sara Burns Police Memorial Fund.
